Darrell Truitt, PE, RLS, Director of Business Development:
Mr. Truitt has over 38 years of experience as a project engineer, project manager and principal-in-charge of a wide variety of planning, design and construction management contracts. His experience includes 5 years with the City of Mesa followed by 28 years in consulting engineering, including significant projects for both public and private clients. He is a specialist in leading public involvement presentations of transportation studies and design, land entitlements (zoning) and improvement districts.

Kevin Morgan, PE, RLA, Director of Land Development:
Kevin leads the firm’s civil engineering discipline.
He has over 25 years of experience in the State of Arizona working on public and private projects of all scales. Kevin emphasizes to his staff the importance of client service by providing continuous communication, quality plans and recognizing the needs of our clients.

Elijah Williams, PE, Director of Public Works:
Elijah's department is know for its innovative design, continuous communication with clients, and project management skills. His staff has experience and expertise with multiple disciplines including roadway, highway, water, and watsewater design; project management and construction management; cost estimating; and various studies (Design Concept Reports, Feasibility Studies, Drainage Studies, Master Water System Plans, etc.).

Gail Morgan, RLS, Director of Survey:
Gail's department specializes in topographic and boundary surveying, utility coordination, coordinate geometry calculations, final platting, and legal descriptions. Her staff has completed numerous survey/plat maps ranging in size from 1 acres to 640 acres. Over the past 25 years she has consistently exceeded her customer’s expectations in the preparation of ALTA and topographic surveys, right of way plans and legal descriptions.

Josh Hannon , Director of Planning:
As one of the owners of EPS Group, Josh has an invested interest and an ownership stake in each project that he is involved with. Josh has over fourteen years of experience in land planning and site design. To stay abreast of issues, policies, and procedures Josh participates in industry groups including the American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute. He has been involved in various aspects of the entitlement and land development design including community, mixed-use, commercial and industrial.

Brandyn Jones, RLS, Director of Field Survey:
Brandyn manages all aspects of construction staking. He manages multiple survey crews in the land development, commercial development, and public works arenas. His expertise has become a standard of excellence. EPS survey crews reflect this in their responsiveness and accuracy in geometric layout, construction staking and surveys. Customer service is his passion as attested to his reputation for over 10 years and the strong loyalty of his clients.
