Scalloped Streets East

EPS was selected by the Town of Gilbert to provide Project Management and Construction Management for the Scalloped Streets East Project.

This includes the management of the design and construction of roadway widening for 2 ½ miles of arterial streets; various intersection improvements; 1 ½ miles of 16” waterline; utility coordination/relocations; significant right-of-way acquisitions and associated property impacts; significant public involvement; traffic signal modifications and street light design; street drainage design; stormwater retention basin design (interim and permanent); and significant coordination with ongoing private development projects.
