Turner Ranch Conversion

EPS Group Inc. was selected by the Town of Gilbert to be the Project Manager and Construction Manager for the Turner Ranch Conversion Project.

The project transfered approximately one square mile of water and sewer service area from the City of Mesa to the Town of Gilbert. Primary construction elements included new water mains for approximately two square miles, creating a new Pressure Zone 4 in the Town of Gilbert (including the converted Mesa Water System).

EPS managed the design of the project and provided Construction Management of the contractor’s activities during the conversion.
