Highland Groves at Morrison Ranch is a 457 lot subdivision located on the northeast corner of Recker and Elliot Roads in Gilbert. It is part of the 2,000-acre master planned community known as Morrison Ranch. The focal point of Highland Groves will be two lakes located at the center of the subdivision and split by East Park Avenue.

EPS Group designed a lake fill line permitting the lakes to be filled from two sources: 1) Town of Gilbert reclaimed water, and 2) Roosevelt Water Conservation District (RWCD)
irrigation water.
