Banner Gateway Medical Center is located at U.S. 60 and Higley Road in the Town of Gilbert.   The 60-acre campus was built with room to grow.  In addition to the 165-bed medical center, the campus will consist of an ambulatory surgery center and medical office buildings.  The 60-Acre medical campus generated the need for a widened and improved Higley Road and completion of Pierpont Drive (48th Street) to the Superstition Freeway. 

EPS provided site development civil engineering for the Hospital site; site development design for the medical office buildings; the design of Pierpont Drive and Higley Road; and direction and construction documents for site expansion. 

Team members on this project include EPS Group; PD Saurey Associates (landscape architect), Orcutt-Winslow (site architect), NBBJ (facility architect), and McCarthy General Contractors (construction management).
