The SanTan Motorplex ( located on the southwest corner of Pecos Road and Val Vista Drive in Gilbert) is a 150-acre automall named after its proximity to the new SanTan Freeway.
Plans anticipate that it will be the home to 12 dealerships.

EPS Group provided planning, topographic survey, engineering, final plat and construction staking services during the project. The infrastructure engineering includes the design of the 61’ wide streets, sidewalks, parking areas, sewer, and water facilities. Each parcel will be developed per plans prepared by each dealer’s architect and site engineer.
