Evans Ranch is a 59 acre subdivision located in the Santan Character Area of Gilbert, Arizona; more specifically at the northeast corner of Val Vista and Riggs.

EPS processed the Annexation, General Plan Amendment,
PAD Rezoning and Preliminary Plat applications for Element Homes. Evans Ranch consists of 185 single family lots.

An objective of the project was to incorporate a high-quality development within an agricultural rich heritage of the Santan Character Area. This was accomplished through the integration of active and passive recreation open space areas within an agricultural theme. A large recreational area was incorporated into the center of the development allowing for easy pedestrian access from any area of the community. This open space further ties into the equestrian trail system of the Santan Character Area. Vehicular circulation modes were designed to minimize impacts to the pedestrian trail system and surrounding neighborhoods.
