Power Ranch is a multi-award winning master planned community located in Gilbert, Arizona. Ranking Arizona selected Power Ranch as the Best Master Planned Community in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and the National Association of Homebuilders recognized the community as one of the five Best Master Planned Communities in the Nation in 2002.

EPS was selected to develop the lotting design for Power Ranch Neighborhood 8. The main objective of the client was to ensure the design of the development exceeded the integrity of the Power Ranch PAD. This was achieved through creating programmed active and passive open space areas and shaded tree-line walkways that provided connectivity to the overall development trail system and to other neighborhoods. Neighborhood 8 contains a desirable mix of single-family housing totaling 210 lots.

EPS also completed the Preliminary Plat applications for this parcel.
