

Kalamata is an in-fill project situated in a highly desirable location between downtown Phoenix and the Westgate Center in Glendale. A main objective of the development was to ensure the property was utilized to its fullest extent, but also consisted of uses that were appropriate to the surrounding neighborhoods and area. EPS is very excited to be part of such a project that will transform five pieces of property that only recently consisted of defunct riding stables, rundown sheds and dilapidated farmhouses into a community consisting of single-family, multi-family and commercial elements.
Once completed, Kalamata will consist of a single-family community on 10.6 acres, a gated luxury multi-family community on 12.6 acres and neighborhood commercial center on 2.2 acres. Kalamata will re-shape an underutilized piece of property into a variety of housing styles, types and price ranges, which is an asset to promoting a stabilized and sustainable community.
