EPS provided engineering and surveying services for the design of 7.5 miles of 42” reclaimed waterline for the
City of Mesa and 4.5 miles of 16” reclaimed waterline for the Town of Gilbert. This project was located along Recker Road, Baseline Road, and Higley Road within the Town of Gilbert and provided a connection between the Southeast Water Reclamation Plant and the Greenfield Water Reclamation Plant.

Additional coordination and permitting were required at locations where the 42” reclaimed waterline crossed (via bore and jack) under the RWCD Canal, the ADOT SanTan Freeway, and the UPRR tracks.
