EPS Group was contracted to complete a 14 mile Corridor
Study evaluating a new by-pass route for SR 95 around
Lake Havasu City.

Corridors alternatives required consideration of proposed development, critical environmental areas, utility corridors, airport flight paths, mountainous terrain, visual features, and drainage alluvials. Significant coordination with numerous stakeholders including ADOT funding partners Mohave County and Lake Havasu City was required. Coordination with ASLD and BLM was also important as the project corridor passed almost exclusively through their lands.
