For the Cottonwood Lane Reconstruction, EPS completed the design of approximately 2.5 miles of arterial roadways with raised medians and major intersection improvements. This CM@R project was to be completed in advance of a new High School located on Cottonwood Lane within the project limits. Other project elements include signals and lighting, irrigation district coordination, right-of-way acquisition, and landscaping.
