EPS Group prepared the civil design and construction staking for approximately 2.5 miles of minor arterial roadways with raised medians for the City of Casa Grande, Arizona. This Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) project was driven by the pending completion of the new Vista Grande High School on Cottonwood Lane within the project limits. EPS Group under went extensive coordination with the High School District and its engineer/contractor to ensure the improvements were fully compatible with those proposed on Cottonwood Lane and construction schedules met the timed school opening.
