National Gypsum | Eloy, Arizona

EPS Group played a crucial role in the industrial development of the National Gypsum wallboard plant in Eloy, Arizona. The plant, which spans over 115 acres between Sunshine Boulevard and La Palma Road, was put on hold during the 2007-2009 recession but was later revived, and EPS Group provided the necessary engineering, surveying, construction staking, and construction management services.

The plant’s location was strategically chosen due to its proximity to a nearby rock source, high-speed technology, direct rail access, and large-scale production capability. These factors were critical in the success of the project, and EPS Group worked tirelessly to ensure that the plant met all the necessary requirements.

The National Gypsum wallboard plant is a significant investment for the Eloy community, providing employment opportunities and boosting the local economy. EPS Group’s involvement in the project highlights the company’s commitment to providing exceptional engineering services that contribute to the growth and development of communities.
