DR Horton | Marana, Arizona
Saguaro Bloom is a sprawling, 700-acre master-planned community located in the town of Marana, Arizona. At EPS Group, we were thrilled to provide surveying and engineering services for both preliminary and final platting, as well as water, sewer, grading, and drainage design for Blocks 1, 2, and 3. Additionally, we were tasked with providing design and construction surveying services for the Lambert Lane roadway improvements.
As a Community Facilities District (CFD) engineer and construction manager for public improvements, we worked closely with DR Horton and the Town of Marana to ensure smooth execution of the project.
One of the community’s most impressive features is its recreational amenities. Saguaro Bloom boasts not one, but two, stunning swimming pools. The first is located outside of the clubhouse and the second is situated in the Mesquite neighborhood. The main pool near the clubhouse is an impressive oasis, complete with shades, lanes for lap swimmers, a wade-in entrance, and fountains. Families with young children will appreciate the splash pad located just east of the main pool.
In addition to the impressive pools, Saguaro Bloom features over 12 pocket parks, with multiple parks in each neighborhood. Each park is thoughtfully designed and offers something unique to residents. Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to read a book, a space for your furry friend to run around, or a spot for the kids to play, you’ll find it in one of Saguaro Bloom’s many parks.
