The City of Maricopa selected EPS Group to complete a Major Investment Study (MIS) for a proposed grade-separated interchange that combines three Arizona Parkways with three arterial streets over four sets of Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) tracks in Maricopa, AZ. This NEPA Compatible interchange study included significant regional traffic and drainage analyses, structural evaluations, and coordination with Pinal County, UPRR, FHWA, CAAG, local utilities and agencies, and the Ak-Chin Tribe.
