ABOUT MARY KENNEDY
Mary has four decades of experience in the civil engineering and land surveying community. As a Project Manager, she has been responsible for the development of municipal, residential, and commercial projects, working directly with and on behalf of the client. Mary is skilled in the preparation of ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision mapping, legal descriptions and exhibits, title research, dedications and abandonments, and contract management and plan review – always with a focus on quality control and value engineering.
Previously, Mary managed and oversaw a diverse team while with the Right-of-Way Plans Section at ADOT. Her responsibilities included contracts and oversight of new right-of-way acquisition projects, and coordination with the Engineering Consultants Section for new contract advertisements and selections.
A little extra: Mary grew up in Phoenix and attended Arizona State University, during which time she was introduced to the art of surveying. Captivated by the unique challenges that the survey profession offered, she pursued a career learning the basics from “boots-on-ground” to becoming a respected mentor to EPS Group’s future survey leadership.
“Our Survey Team has a wealth of professional experience, with the ability to tackle the most diverse challenges of both large-scale and small public and private projects. From EPS Group’s knowledgeable field staff, to the registrants overseeing each project and with our in-house aerial mapping processes, our clients experience the utmost care and attention to ensure the completion of a successful project. Being part of this team has provided me personal career growth along with the great privilege of mentoring the next generation of survey professionals.”
