Dan “Ox” Auxier has over two decades of industry experience as a Project Manager, Engineer and a Field Surveyor. He has extensive knowledge of the impacts of engineering design on the constructibility and overall success of a project. His diverse project resume promotes adaptability to any given project, including multiple discipline projects. His strong relationships with local public agencies have proven invaluable when assisting in the permitting process.

Todd has more than 25 years of national site development experience with a focus on healthcare, office, commercial, retail, institutional, and industrial projects. He combines his engineering abilities with proactive project management to deliver quality results for his clients through the due diligence, planning, entitlement, engineering, and construction stages of development.
