Director of Planning
ABOUT JOSH HANNON
Josh has more than 25 years of experience and has worked with a diverse group of colleagues in all aspects of land development. Over the course of those years, Josh’s experience in Land Planning and Landscape Architecture has ranged from residential development and site development projects from one-acre sites to master planned communities. Josh is involved in various aspects of entitlements, land planning and landscape design. His knowledge of all the intricacies of land development has provided him with the opportunity to create sustainable projects for communities to enjoy.
A little extra: Josh is from Hancock, MI, a small town in the upper peninsula where people from the area are known as Yooper’s! He moved to Arizona in 1993 to get away from the 300 plus inches of snow in the winter, and now enjoys the year-round Arizona sunshine. In his younger years, Josh enjoyed playing hockey. He has now switched to sports he can take into retirement, such as golfing and bowling.
“I love my job because it gives me the ability to create communities through collaboration of forward-thinking ideas, with many different people and disciplines all working together.”
