Bucking Horse is an award-winning ~155-acre master planned community that blends vibrant residential living, agrarian heritage, and neighborhood-scale amenities.
The Overall Development Plan contains over 500 dwelling units, including a mix of single-family detached, small-lot, alley-load, attached townhomes, and multifamily housing. In additional to the residential uses, the community in anchored by the Jessup Farm Artisan Village – an assortment of restaurant, retail and neighborhood commercial uses located in rehabilitated historic farm buildings. Design included a daycare center, green infrastructure, edible landscaping, integrated trails, a junior Olympic pool, parks, natural open space, and community gardens to strengthen connections and healthy living.
