Cooley Station will strengthen east valley connections to Phoenix. EPS Group provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services. Specifically, Parcels 9, 11, and 17A are part of a 100-acre project located in the heart of Cooley Station. Featuring 576 lots, the project embraces the neo-traditional design, Town Gateway District standards, and Cooley Station Design Guidelines with the integrated planning of three product types. The central park is approximately five-acres with a 7,000 square foot swimming pool featuring a shaded kids play area, an adult lounge, and active swim lanes. The Aquatic Center Club House features a large community room with a kitchen and private patio. The open park boasts a large active turf area, half-basketball, pickleball, horseshoe and bocce courts, a large tot lot, and several ramadas with expanded plazas, seating, and barbecues. The community includes two additional parks that offer tot lots, ramadas, and additional turf recreation space.
