This LEED Platinum facility is a transformative 145,000-square-foot, high-performance energy and innovation hub located on a 7-acre site near Fort Collins’ downtown core. The campus unites research, hands-on labs, classrooms, maker space, and collaboration zones under one roof to accelerate clean energy solutions and student engagement. Anchored by the Powerhouse Energy Institute, the campus features advanced building systems, flexible learning environments, and collaborative “innovation neighborhoods” that foster cross-discipline teamwork. Thoughtful site design celebrates sustainable landscape and stormwater strategies while enhancing pedestrian connectivity.
