The Elizabeth Hotel & Firehouse Alley Parking Garage | Fort Collins, CO

This five-story, ~118,000-square-foot boutique hotel in Old Town Fort Collins offers 164 uniquely appointed guest rooms, three food & beverage outlets (including a rooftop bar), and two live-music venues. Adjacent to the hotel is the Firehouse Alley Parking Garage—a three-story structure with approximately 363 stalls for guests and the public. Urban design activates the alley with pedestrian pathways, patios, and seamless transitions between public and private spaces. As part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the hotel celebrates Fort Collins’ music culture, offering a lending library of instruments and vinyl in each room, and three signature suites themed around local heritage. The project has won several design awards, including a Fort Collins Urban Design Award for architecture.
