The Estates at Thirty-Second is a 40 acre, lushly landscaped community located in the Mesa’s Citrus Area, a district that is rural in nature and characterized by large lot, single-family residences. Over the past century, the historic development of this area had been oriented toward citrus orchards; but within the past several decades, it has become more urbanized. Recognizing the importance of preserving a piece of this agricultural past, The Estates’ landscape design maintains a significant portion of the existing citrus trees.
The grand entrance to this new development features a stately entry monument structure that spans the roadway. Green turf is punctuated by date palms to evoke a feeling of enchantment as one enters the community. A central park with expansive turf play areas, meandering pathways, a ramada with barbeque picnic areas, and a tot lot – along with the tree-lined streets – create a pleasant environment for residents to enjoy year-round.
