EPS Group provided civil engineering and surveying services on this homeless shelter project.
The new 38,000-square-foot Homeless Resolution Center at 1355 Mason Street is a transformative $27.5 million community facility slated to open in fall 2026. It is designed to offer 24/7 shelter and support services to up to 250 individuals experiencing homelessness in Northern Colorado. Located near North College Avenue, the trauma-informed building includes a day shelter, kitchen, dining hall, private case management spaces, ADA-accessible circulation, and outdoor gathering areas that promote dignity and healing. Extensive planning and infrastructure coordination with the City of Fort Collins ensured seamless integration with Mason Street improvements and neighborhood context. Supported by nearly 800 donors and a $1 million municipal contribution, the project embodies community-wide commitment to ending homelessness with compassion and resilience.
