The $44M redevelopment gave rise to a six-story, 128,000-square-foot full-service hotel delivers 147 guestrooms and suites, an approximately 8,000-square-foot divisible ballroom, three boardrooms and parking for 195 vehicles. Anchored on a former civic-site, the project integrates urban land-planning and site design to reinforce the “town-square” edge of Lincoln Park, reconfiguring utilities, pedestrian access and surface lots to activate the public realm. Rich amenities, such as a full-service 120-seat restaurant, indoor pool and strong meeting-space offering help foster connection, community and business engagement. The project was awarded the “Best Built Project – Urban Impact” by the Congress for the New Urbanism in 2018, recognizing its contribution to the downtown resurgence.
