This fast-track project includes the phased development of seven buildings for approximately 1.4 million square feet of space. EPS is currently providing due diligence, preliminary engineering, construction documents, and construction administration services. Services include topographic survey; title review; drainage and grading analysis, research, and report; as well as the preliminary site, grading, drainage, utility, and landscape architecture plans. Construction documents include civil improvement plans, drainage, water and sewer reports, and landscape and irrigation plans. Offsite road improvements and new infrastructure were also included to support current development and future expansion. Phase 1 of the project broke ground in March of 2018.
