Warner Groves is located on the North West corner of Higley and Warner Roads in Gilbert, AZ and consists of 483 lots. The project includes the construction of a six-acre lake and a pump station and is a Joint Development Agreement between three home builders. The project was completed in June 2016. EPS Group provided civil engineering, legal survey, staking, and construction management services.
