Horizontal construction is a crucial aspect of land development. It involves the use of heavy equipment to prepare the job on the ground by moving and shaping materials. During this process, sanitary sewer, water, storm drains, electrical conduit, curbs and gutters, paving, landscaping, and amenities are installed. Inspections are performed throughout the process. Once all punch list issues are addressed and a final walk through is completed, home builders and developers can proceed with vertical construction.

EPS Group, with its proactive approach, will coordinate all correspondence, maintain copies of all documentation, and be responsible for capturing the progress of the job site/project through photos and regular drone video. In the event of any issues between plans and specifications, EPS Group will diligently work towards achieving a swift resolution. We will also closely monitor construction progress, regularly update project schedules, and efficiently coordinate between the contractor, surveyor, and soils engineer. Our additional services include the review of plan changes and change orders, review of contractor invoices for approval, preparation and delivery of monthly pay requests, and coordination with the client and contractor to obtain the final letter of acceptance.
