His expertise spans the full planning process—from early-stage research and due diligence to preparing detailed narrative documents and exhibits for annexations, general/comprehensive plan amendments, and zoning applications. David has also supported design development and construction document efforts coordinating submittals, reviews, and revisions through final design approval processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Planning and a Minor in Sustainability from Arizona State University, David brings both technical insight and a forward-thinking approach to each project. He is an active member of the Arizona Planning Association (APA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
