As a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of experience, Jill specializes in talent management, workforce planning, and employee development that supports operational excellence and business growth. She partners closely with our technical and operational teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and engagement.
With proven success in scaling teams, launching new offices, and aligning organizational structures, Jill helps drive complex projects and firm-wide initiatives that balance client needs, employee growth, and business objectives. She is a collaborative leader with a mission-driven approach, focused on creating workplaces where people thrive and contribute to building stronger communities and infrastructure.
A little extra: Jill is an Arizona native and a proud ASU alum. When not in the office, you’ll probably find her at the barn with the horses or out riding one of Arizona’s beautiful trails. She also has a passion for travel and will jump at any opportunity to discover new places. Whether it’s somewhere in Arizona, across the U.S., or abroad, she believes there is no greater gift than experiencing new people, new cultures, and new adventures.
