Rendell brings more than 20 years of seasoned experience in financial leadership and strategic vision to the architecture, engineering, and multi-discipline firm environment. He leads our tax compliance and audit efforts, while also managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to build a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
Rendell has led implementations of integrated financial systems that streamline project accounting, improve reporting accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance firm-wide visibility. He regularly provides expertise in compliance and reporting, financial systems integration, strategic planning, banking and cash management, and business analytics. He is also highly skilled in taxes and valuations, AR/AP, fixed assets, financial and operational IT systems, and improving finance processes tailored to A/E industry workflows.
Rendell frequently collaborates with other leaders to ensure the financial strategy aligns with the firm’s vision in order to support long-term planning, resource management, and sustainable growth across all disciplines.
