EPS Group was the prime consultant for the final design of the reconstruction of 83rd Avenue and Butler Drive for the City of Peoria, Arizona. EPS Group designed one mile of new 24”and 66” storm drain and performed extensive utility coordination/relocation. The project included public meetings, an environmental analysis, noise analysis, signalization of two intersections, and ¾ mile of 8” and 16” waterline design with associated services, fire hydrants, etc.
