EPS Group played a crucial role in the development of the Banner Gateway Medical Center, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that serves patients in the Gilbert, Arizona area.

The original site was a sprawling 60-acre plot of land that needed significant work in order to be transformed into a functional medical campus. EPS Group rose to the challenge, providing topographic surveying, platting, and civil engineering services to the project.

One of the key elements of the project involved site mass grading to prepare the site for the construction of the medical center’s first phase. EPS Group’s team worked closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the site was graded to precise specifications.

In addition, EPS Group was also responsible for master drainage, civil utility study and design, and the first map of dedication for the project. These critical tasks helped to lay the foundation for the entire project, providing a solid framework upon which subsequent phases of the medical center could be built.

Ultimately, Phase 1 of the Banner Gateway Medical Center included a five-story bed tower, D&T/Emergency Services, and Central Plant support. EPS Group’s work helped to ensure that these buildings were constructed to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that they would be able to serve patients in the Phoenix’s East Valley for many years to come.

From topographic surveying to civil engineering and beyond, the company played a key role in helping to transform a 60-acre plot of land into a cutting-edge healthcare facility.
