EPS Group completed the design of this urban arterial intersection widening project. For this CMAR project, we completed an extensive alignment evaluation balancing 69kV power relocations with roadway and right-of-way impacts. In addition to holding two public meetings, EPS Group also met with business owners numerous times on site to resolve conflicts resulting from the roadway widening. Uniquely, we completed the necessary SRP Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) right-of-way acquisition activities within eight months and negotiated the elimination of an SRP delivery structure. Additional elements included storm drain design and pedestrian/bike accommodations.
