EPS Group prepared the final plans, specifications, and estimates for this project which consisted of widening 1.35 miles of two lane arterial roadway to four lanes with a raised, landscaped median. EPS Group prepared the drainage report and construction plans to address significant cross drainage. Some drainage and roadway features had to be redesigned from the DCR stage to satisfy neighborhood concerns and stakeholder needs.
