ABOUT MIKE KOESTER
With an impressive track record in oil and gas, chemicals, and manufacturing including various operations and regulatory roles, Mike comes to EPS Group from Tetra Tech, Inc. where he most recently led strategy and daily operations with accountability for energy, industrial, commercial, municipal, and federal government markets as Senior Vice President of Western Operations. His leadership and strategic insights will no doubt help steer us toward greater success and further strengthen EPS Group’s position as a market leader.

Mike’s leadership style prioritizes both people and strategy. He emphasizes a “people-first” approach and believes in fostering a culture of encouragement, trust, and adaptability. He is committed to providing the best possible experience for both employees and clients.

A little extra: After several moves, Mike and his wife, Melanie, currently reside in Franklin, TN just outside of Nashville. Mike has one son in Evansville, Indiana who is a mechanical engineer. After a stint on the Alabama Gulf Coast, Mike is now a devoted Alabama Crimson Tide football fan. Don’t be surprised to hear “ROLL TIDE” coming from his office from September – January. In his spare time, Mike enjoys running and strength training, playing golf, watching college football, traveling, hiking, and reading. Sounds like a great recruit for Corn Hole.
