Pima Commerce Center is a large 209 acre office and industrial complex located at a prime location where Loop 101 Freeway, Via de Ventura, and Pima Road intersect, making it an easily accessible and visible destination for businesses. With planned uses including office, retail, hotel, light industrial, and distribution facilities, this project is an important contributor to the economy of the region.

EPS Group played a key role in the development of this project by leading the construction of two miles of off-site arterial road widening and three miles of on-site infrastructure roadway improvements. Given that the project is situated on Native American land (Salt River Pima Indian Community), all development was carried out through lease agreements that will continue to benefit the Native American landowners in perpetuity.

One unique aspect of this project is the use of Native American sculptures, native plants, and rustic features that complement the natural landscape. This approach not only pays tribute to the history and culture of the landowners but also creates a unique ambiance for the businesses and visitors of the Pima Commerce Center. The incorporation of these features helps to enhance the visual appeal of the complex and creates a sense of connection between the built environment and the surrounding natural landscape.

Overall, the Pima Commerce Center is a significant development that has transformed the region and created a thriving hub for business and commerce. EPS Group’s contribution to the project has been instrumental in ensuring its success, and the use of Native American sculptures and plants is a testament to the company’s commitment to preserving the cultural heritage of the region.
