The SanTan Motorplex is a 150-acre auto mall and is the largest auto mall in the state of Arizona. Its frontage along the freeway allows passing motorists to view the large signage located at the end of the westbound on-ramp from Val Vista Drive. A large roadway structure is erected to span over the Val Vista Drive entrance street to attract interest. EPS Group provided survey, civil engineering, and construction staking services.
