Brandon is the Director of Water Resources and Utility Engineering. With nearly 30 years of extensive experience in technical water system replacement, rehabilitation, and management, Brandon’s expertise spans a wide range of water resources engineering disciplines, including water distribution and pumping stations, water storage systems, wastewater collection, lift stations, and wastewater treatment systems. His comprehensive experience
encompasses master planning, detailed design, construction management, and plan review. Having guided numerous projects from inception through to construction and operation, Brandon possesses a deep understanding of the requirements at each project stage.
A little extra: As a foster parent for over ten years, Brandon loves children and has been an advocate for child adoption. Brandon spends his time away from work with his seven children and four grandchildren. Brandon is also a native Arizonan.
