Scott brings nearly four decades of experience in photogrammetry and aerial mapping, with deep expertise in large-scale orthophoto and LiDAR projects, aerial triangulation (AT), and digital terrain modeling (DTM). He has spent seven years building, testing, and calibrating digital aerial cameras across drone, rotary, and fixed-wing platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability in complex data collection environments. Throughout his career, Scott has led teams, departments, and multi-state aerial mapping operations, combining technical depth with proven leadership.
Scott holds an Associate of Science in Computer Science from San Bernardino Valley Community College and is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist.
