EPS Group provided integrated planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and legal surveying services to support the development of this large-scale community. The project features a robust amenity program designed to promote active living and social connection, including a central aquatic center with children’s water play features, shaded play areas, and lap lanes, as well as pickleball courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts, bocce ball, cornhole, and event-oriented gathering spaces.

A signature element of the community is a linear park thoughtfully integrated within a drainage corridor, transforming essential infrastructure into a recreational amenity that includes a disc golf course and nearly three miles of walking trails. In addition, Escalante includes six neighborhood parks offering shaded tot lots, picnic ramadas, half-court basketball, and flexible open turf areas. Through coordinated multidisciplinary services and thoughtful design, EPS Group helped deliver a highly amenitized, cohesive community that balances infrastructure, recreation, and long-term livability.
