Project
EPS Group provided civil engineering design and surveying services for this nationally recognized, multi-phase campus project.
The flagship Fort Collins campus is a multi-phase, ~5-acre brewery and hospitality destination that has evolved over time into one of Colorado’s most recognizable craft beer environments. The campus includes approximately 60,000+ square-feet of brewing, packaging, office, and public space, supporting an annual brewing capacity exceeding 200,000 barrels and welcoming 300,000+ visitors annually through expansive indoor-outdoor taproom experiences. Thoughtful site planning integrates production with landscaped courtyards, outdoor gathering spaces, and pedestrian connectivity, creating a seamless blend of industrial function and community place-making. Adjacent to the brewery, the OBC Wine Project winery adds a complementary fermentation program and intimate tasting experience, reinforcing the campus’s creative culture. Nationally recognized, the Odell campus reflects how intentional design, low-impact development, and phased expansion can support both brand identity and long-term operational growth.
