EPS Group performed an ALTA on a portion of the waterfront of Scottsdale Fashion Square, a premier shopping center that features dining, retail, and a movie theater. The waterfront encompasses paths, pocket parks, and rentable community spaces which host events like food festivals and art walks. Tasks included collecting topography, locating utilities, and plotting easements/encumbrances. EPS Group was provided with a current title report, then was able to provide our client with an ALTA that met 2016 ALTA/NSPS Standards with the requested Table A Items shown.
